PIERS LINNEY
Piers Linney is an award-winning technology entrepreneur who has provided technology services to clients ranging from SMEs to FTSE-100 companies and across sectors ranging from retail to defence. With a background in law and investment banking, Piers has established himself as a leading figure in the UK business world, particularly in the technology sector. He is an investor, and former Dragon on the prime-time BBC show Dragons’ Den. He has sat on the board of Nesta, the £600m innovation foundation, and British Business Bank during the roll-out of £90bn of Covid support. Piers is also an advocate for diversity in business and sits on Sky’s Diversity Advisory Council. He has also sat on the boards of the UK Cloud Industry Forum and TechUK. Piers is a co-founder of Implement AI.
Dr. Aalok Y. Shukla
Dr. Aalok Y. Shukla, with combined expertise in technology and clinical fields, is an experienced innovator in leveraging exponential technologies during platform shifts.
His foray into Artificial Intelligence began in 2018, specifically with deep learning computer vision applications within the AI accelerator at Founders Factory and has developed innovative solutions with mobile apps, robotic process automation, 3D printing and robotic manufacturing for the telehealth and medical device sectors.
Co-founder of Implement AI, Dr. Shukla is committed to empowering SMEs by harnessing the potential of AI, bridging the gap between technology and business growth. Additionally, he co-founded MIA | Making Intelligence Accessible aimed at democratising AI knowledge for the younger generation and schools.
